Severlins Hotfix List - Tuesday 18th June, 2103 there will be a hotfix Link
Tuesday morning we will have a hotfix. It will have all the items we discussed plus the tinkering fix, which was unrelated to the UI changes.
There are a couple of know issues after the hotfix. I know it seems weird to have known issues for the patch and the hotfix, but we really need to get the salvaging hotfix in and we feel that putting off the planned hotfix to fix the known issues would overall be bad because of the tinkering fix.

Missing Character Update Link
UPDATE:
We have deployed a patch to help players whose characters had gone missing due to some bad data appearing on their subscription information. While this corrects many subscriptions, please note that any accounts that happen to have multiple AC subscriptions tied to the same account name may require our support team to split the subscriptions into separate accounts before the characters will reappear. Note that if you have a mule (or other such "not the sub where my main characters are") subscription on the same account as your primary subscription, this can trigger the missing character bug on your primary subscription, which we are now able to assist with by splitting the mule subscription onto its own account.

Greetings,

We are looking at deploying a patch tomorrow (Tuesday Feb 26th) with a number of fixes:

  • Creatures no longer receive Damage Reduction Rating for specialized defense skills.
  • Fixed an issue where alchemy phials and weapon debuff procs were not working.
  • Fixed a bug that could reduce the experience points for creature kills.
  • Phyntos Wasp Summoning Essences can now be refilled with Encapsulated Spirit items.
  • Olthoi Slasher, Slayer, Ripper and Gurog creatures have been fixed.
  • Characters will have their quest flags for the Skill Temple reset with the patch.
  • More changes implemented to reduce overall lag on Darktide.

At this time the game servers and the account maintenance site at myaccount.turbine.com are now available. Known Issues:

  • If you pay for your subscription via PayPal, you will have to log into http://myaccount.turbine.com and re-enter your PayPal information. If you do not, your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your currently paid for time. Once you re-add your PayPal information, auto-renew will work as normal.
  • It is not currently possible to add an Asheron's Call product key without first adding another Turbine game account. In order to add an Asheron's Call product key, first create a free game account for either Dungeons & Dragons Online or Lord of the Rings Online. DDO and/or LOTRO accounts can be created for free by visiting DDO.com or LOTRO.com. You do not need to download or log into these games in order to activate your AC account.
  • Note that the subscription extension time has not yet been processed. We will make an announcement once these are distributed. You will not need to take any action to receive it.

All additional time will be granted automatically as soon as our regular service is restored and stable.
We have also turned on Bonus XP and Luminance, which will last until Wednesday's patch.
