From the Tainted Ley Line Nodes quest introduced in Shattered Lines.
Located at 68.0S 62.2W on the south side of the Obsidian Plains. The Dangerous Portal mansion statue drops you nearby (1 of 3). The Tusker mansion statue can also drop you reasonably close (1 of 3).
The pyramid's light is strengthening, but there will be a long way to go before it is restored. It has not yet reached half strength.
Search for Blighted Bane Grievvers across the Obsidian Plains, they drop Blighted Mana Crystals. Give their trophies to the Node, see A Field Guide to Tainted Nodes for details.
