Penguin Eggs

In this quest you will collect Penguin Eggs for Chef Martam of Silyun.

Goto the Penguin Cave Hatchery at 94.2N 51.7 Won the Isle of Ruin (the closest portal to the area is just outside Silyun).

Kill the Cave Penguins inside until one of the them drops a Cave Penguin Egg. The drop rate is pretty high and usually you will get one in the first bunch you kill near the portal drop. There is a one day timer on picking up the egg. If you want to to you can proceed through the dungeon till you reach the bottom where there are Great Cave Penguins which can drop a Great Cave Penguin Egg.

Take the Cave Penguin Egg to Chef Martam in Silyun. He will either give you Essence of Cave Penguin, nothing, or a DCCL trade note. For the Great Cave Penguin egg you will always get a cake, which boost mana by 10% for 30 minutes.

Possible Outcomes of Turning in a Cave Penguin Egg:

You give Chef Martam Cave Penguin Egg. Chef Martam takes the egg and taps it a couple times.
Chef Martam tells you, "This is it!" Chef Martam tells you, "No...perhaps not." Chef Martam tells you, "YES!" Chef Martam tells you, "Then again no. This egg is a good egg, but she is not GREAT!"
Chef Martam gives you Trade Note (75,000).
Chef Martam tells you, "I must have zee perfect Cave Penguin Egg! Keep looking."
