- Hand a Harbinger Arm Token (medium version) to Ciandra, Arcanum Alchemist at 41.8S 15.8E in Xarabydun to obtain Shimmering Prismatic Oil. Apply this oil to a Diamond Shield to create a Prismatic Diamond Shield.
- Note: The shield is still giveable after applying the oil.
