First appeared in game dropped by samurai bosses during a live event on several servers on 11/1/2012.
The Corrupted version of the weapons are dropped by rare spawn samurai bosses in the towns surrounding Hoshino's Fortress. The Purified Mouryou Weapons are recieved by turning in the Corrupted version to Hanamoto Aki'ko at the Royal Tent.
During the Shattered Masks event Purified Mouryou Weapons spells were improved from Epic Mastery to Legendary Mastery spells, and the mods were increased.
