Also known as Qin Xikit's Temple. You must complete the dungeon King 6 Browerk Part 2, then run up to the Temple, jump down and try using the portal device (it may still be active from a previous group). If it isn't, use the North, South, East, and West eyes to enable the device. Using the eyes gives vita so you may want either one person to do all 4 and have that person stick to the back, or split them up among 4 people, each doing one.
