One of the Lugian Citadels mentioned in the Directions to the Lugian Citadels Rumor.
During the Groundswell event, this Lugian Citadel was renamed to Ridge Citadel, updated with Gotrok Lugians and the level 15+ requirement was changed to 40-60.
During the Reign of Terror event, the level requirement was removed.
