Walk Through
- [Optional] Purchase the rumor A Shadow Spire on the Caul.
- From the Singularity Caul portal drop, run to 91.8S 92.7W and clear the mobs underneath the Shadow Spire. This will trigger another spawn to appear, which you must defeat to trigger the third and final spawn of Isin Dule's Lieutenants.
- Kill all 3 and then enter the portal that spawns beneath the spire.
- Climb the stairs to the top of the tower, where you'll find Captain Faalx.
- When Captain Faalx is killed, a portal to the Spire's Head opens above you on the ceiling. Double-click it to enter.
- Note: The portal can be difficult to see, it looks like a black swirling mist on the ceiling.
- Kill the Shadow Cyst, and loot a Boney Lump of Flesh (key) from its corpse (Drops 10 keys).
- Note: The Cyst casts the spell Black Madness that reduces all skills by 30% for 1 minute. It also spawns a group of Shadow creatures when its health reaches 50%.
- Use the Boney Lump of Flesh to open the Fleshy Trove on the ledge nearby. It contains the Shield of Isin Dule and a Fleshy Lump.
- [Optional] If you have no use for the shield, you can hand to to Sarkin Killcrane at 61.9S, 51,5W in Wai Jhou for up to 10 Million XP.
