A shield bearing the Strathelar coat of arms and enchanted with magic. This is issued to the elite soldiers in Queen Elysa's army, as well as those who have distinguished themselves in service to the crown. Shield Level: 300 Your level must be at least 126 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Moderate Impregnability, Brogard's Defiance Armor Level: 300 Slashing: Average (300) Piercing: Below Average (210) Bludgeoning: Above Average (360) Fire: Average (330) Cold: Average (330) Acid: Average (330) Electric: Below Average (210) Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 200 Spellcraft: 350 Mana: 900 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.
