Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded, Ivoryable Damage: 30 - 60, Electrical Speed Slow (70) Uses Axe Skill Bonus to Attack Skill: +15% Bonus to Melee Defense: +15% Your base Axe must be at least 325 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: (Varies depending on rubies) Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 110, Axe: 280 Spellcraft: 170 Mana: 900 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
