Take the Eastern Catacombs portal and take the Northwest tunnel, you'll come to a large room and the portal to Swamp Cavern is on the south side.
The dungeon is full of Putrid Moar, good for the Hunter Quest (Moars). Spiketooth is a random spawn. Kill him, and bring his head, Spiketooth's Head to Tibik for xps and a title.

You give Tibik Spiketooth's Head.
Tibik tells you, "What this?!?!"
Tibik screams!
Tibik tells you, "Spiketooth!! Spiketooth mean! Spiketooth bite Tibik in leg! Wait!! Spiketooth Dead??? Oooh. Tibik reward you for this! Thankyou!!!"
