Walk Through
1.Goto the dungeon "A Cave" located Southwest of Cragstone at 24.2N, 43.2E. Once you enter the cave it is not necessary to talk to Tibri first you can just head down and get the spear.
2. From the dungeon drop there is a 3 way split so to get the spear take the hallway to the right (west). Follow the hallway down and keep to the right and it will take you to a room filled with mountain rats. At the back of the room the spear is lying on the ground.
