A scrap of cloth that looks like it belonged to a bigger piece. Child like scrawling cover the cloth, but they have no apparent meaning. This looks like the sort of thing that Jarvis Hammerstone said he was looking for. This item cannot be sold.

Dropped by various low level Drudges that can now be found outside the Drudge Fort just west of Cragstone at 25.8N 46.1E.

The scraps are part of a larger image, once you have handed at least one of each of the 18 unique scraps to Jarvis Hammerstone in Cragstone he will reward you with a title and The Plan.
