| I posted a suggested revision [http://ac.wikkii.net/wiki/User:Connorthecraftmaster/journalsandbox here]. I basically edited entries Ahurenga through Beach fort to be easier to read, as I think this setup is more copy/paste friendly and the end-point location I think should also be listed in the travel instructions themselves (so one only has to copy/paste once). Let me know if you agree, disagree, or think a different approach would be better... I think we should hash out the format as much as possible before adding more locations... ... ... you know, I'm tempted to program a "journal editor" to make changes out-of-game easier... hmm.... | The journal looks great so far! I do have a suggestion though. Each step of a trip should only take 1 line for ease of reading purposes... I've tested it and you can still copy the whole thing and paste it into the chatbar. I'll have time to work on adding some locations tomorrow if you don't have any updates made since you sent me that message. | I'm thinking a singular name (for the journal) would be best, and if we want a condensed version it should be under that same name. We could call it something like "The Olthoi's Travel Guide", or something like that. I'm not too concerned about having the exact name as shown in my video, as long as a journal is there to download as I suggest. I could even whip up a nifty pic like on my journal's download page that portrays the purpose of the journal immediately to the user. In any case, I can't wait to see what you come up with... then we can shoot back and fourth suggestions to make this thing the best guide ever! | Adventurer, I'm wondering how we can best organize our collaborative efforts regarding the Quest Journal... is there a suggested medium, certain pain on wiki or whatever that you'd prefer to use for this purpose? | Thanks for the info AA regarding my Olthoi Journal. I can think of a few other places I can plug into my journal... such as Fort Teth and as you mentioned, northwatch. I'll update the journal further when I get some free time to do so! By the way, if there is something I author and you wish to add it somewhere, please feel free to post whatever I make to wherever you want in the AC wiki.
