Game Performance Update link
We have been actively investigating issues that have caused poor game performance in recent weeks, and believe we have discovered a key cause. We have now made adjustments that we hope will improve the game experience in both Asheron's Call 1 and 2. We'd love to get your feedback on your experience in-game as of this morning.

Asheron's Call maintenance and data center move. link
As part of an emergency maintenance we have fast-tracked our process of moving Asheron's Call to a new data center. The good news is that means better hardware and higher network capability. Unfortunately, a move this large will take a few days, during which time the servers will be down. We will keep you updated on the timetable as we know more, but we expect the servers to be down until sometime on Friday.
We apologize for the length of this downtime, the recent issues, and the lack of advance warning for the move.
