Usage
Quote block for a turbine developer. Use "None" (no quotes) if date or link are unknown. Question is optional, for when the developer's comment isn't clear without the original question for context. Copy enough of the original question to make the comment clear. In most cases though the comment stands on it's own and Question can be left blank. Multiparagraph text is fine, just copy and paste the entire lot after | Text =.
For example:
