Epix Andy is a vendor located in the South East wing of the Marketplace. He sells Heavy Olthoi armor and the MK IV series of weapons which are pre-rended and suitable for level 150 to level 180 (or so)
The Heavy Olthoi armor comes with many of your Epic attribute cantrips, and a level 150 wield requirement.
His weapons do not have cantrips or spells, but skill requirements and weapon stats are in line with what a level 150 to 180 character would expect to use.
He also sells Trade Notes, Left-Hand Tethers, and Left-Hand Tether removers.
