Fiddy Pyreal is a vendor located in the South East wing of the Marketplace. He sells Reinforced armor and the MK II series of weapons which are pre-rended and suitable for level 50 to level 100.
The Reinforced armor comes with many of your attribute level V buffs, and a level 50 wield requirement.
His weapons do not have cantrips or spells, but skill requirements and weapon stats are in line with what a level 50 to 100 character would expect to use.
He also sells Trade Notes, Left-Hand Tethers, and Left-Hand Tether removers.
