This quest requires the dispatching of four tough critters scattered throughout Dereth. The combination of the trophies dropped produce an item that is givable to the NPC, who will then give you a Little Blue Pill. These pills can be used as alternate currency to purchase high-end items in Adventurer's Haven from the NPC known as Ed (go figure).
A full Little Blue Pill prescription requires four elements dropped from various impossible-to-kill critters:
