Something like a so-called "Epic Flag" should be doable.
A: 1. Fenping-pong's assessment is correct. If we did want loot profiles that dropped an epic every time or only certain spells off a smaller list you'd need an entirely new loot profile.
2. The example in the link that you posted has several assumptions in numbers and how loot profiles work that are incorrect. Over all the article doesn't really cover how what has been referred to as a "Quality Flag" or what we call "Luck" actually works. To put it simply all "Luck" does is inflate all roles by a percentage. So a roll of 10% with 0 luck is going to yield the mutation that appears at 10% in that mutation file. If you have 20% Luck the yield will be the mutation that appears at 30% in the mutation file.
About the Original Post: We don't have current plans for adding any Lotto style features. Thanks for the thoughts.
