Walk Through (100+)
Part 1: Defiled Temple Asylum
- Speak with Tirenia at 42.1N, 33.7E in Holtburg
- Enter the Defiled Temple Asylum at 77.8N, 32.8E.
- Note: If your mansion already has a Replica of a Tursh Totem portal device, this is the easiest way to the dungeon (drops at 77.2N, 32.6E).
- Jump down into the pit and kill Restless Spirits until you receive this message:
- Restless Spirit's ethereal energies wash over you as its form dissipates into nothingness. You feel changed somehow.
- Run back up the ramp and enter the Fortified Vault Sewers portal.
Part 2: Fortified Vault Sewers
- Work your way through this mostly linear dungeon (see map), until you reach the Fortified Royal Vault portal.
Part 3: Fortified Royal Vault
- Work your way to the end of the dungeon, kill the Shadow Annihilator, and loot a Tursh Totem Shard from its corpse.
- Return the Tursh Totem Shard to Tirenia at 42.1N, 33.7E in Holtburg to receive XP, a Replica of a Tursh Totem, and Royal Oil.

Tirenia tells you, "Please, the Queen is in dire need of your assistance! A group of creatures recently assaulted one of the Queen's hidden vaults. The few guards who were able to escape told me that these creatures were after some sort of artifact."
