Description

Drop point of Small Black Hill Portal.
Small Black Hill is a tall, narrow, square, black plateau with a small tower, two NPCs and two portals.
One portal takes players up to Black Hill and the other takes them down to Small Hill Base.
Small Black Hill usually just serves as half-way point for players traveling from Black Hill to Small Hill Base or vice versa, but (mainly because of its close proximity to Wai Jhou) some players do come here to make use of the two NPCs.

Route

• Route 1: From Wai Jhou, take the Small Black Hill Portal at 62.0S, 50.0W
• Route 2: Head to Black Hill then take the Small Black Hill Portal at 62.2S, 52.3W
