It sings; can you not hear it, in the brush, in the water, in the seething boils of putrid earth flesh.
It calls, beckons that we sing it's praise and call it forth to bubble o'er the earth in heavy waves.
The Blood of the World, given form. Blood of the World[1]
Falatacot term: beneath the crust of the world, exists a lifeblood, that flows from one focal point to another.[2] It is on Killiata where the Falatacot first heard the pulse of the Blood of the World.[3]
The Falatacot believed that the power of the world flowed through
their very veins. They would bloodlet, and sacrifice all in the name of their Old Gods, to draw themselves closer to the Blood of the World.[2]
Asheron named this energy "Essence". Beneath the world it flows, and ebbs like the tides of the ocean, but instead of being on a set schedule, it moves through set patterns.[4]

Elementals are an aspect of essence, coalesced, given form and given consciousness by a master. This practice took place within a very small sect of beings eons ago. Those beings were destroyed utterly, by their kin. The Gelid.[4]
