A plaque on this statue reads "End the suffering of 10 A'nekshen within the Viridian Rise and I will reward you for your efforts. If you complete this task then find me in the center of the Viridian Rise. Brellagia[sic]."
According to the plaque, once you've killed 10 A'nekshen in the Viridian Rise Brellegia will reward you.
