Bestiary Description

The chittick are vaguely earwig like creatures found primarily on Aphus Lassel. Chitticks are one of the few nonhumanoid creature to have developed a missile attack. With a flick of their tail they hurl spikes that mysteriously are little impeded by armor. The exact nature of these missiles is unknown and is an active topic of investigation by the Arcanum. Their hard, chitinous exoskeleton is resistant to most attacks.

Not like humans, humans are squishy on the outside and hard in the middle, that makes for hard eating because we have no opposable finger. During the fall molt it is not uncommon to find Chittick Heads that can be crafted into a Chittick Mask by a Mask Maker. Aidene in Oolatanga's Refuge will reward adventurers for slaying Iron Spined Chitticks.
