Value: 10,000 3,500 Burden Units
This device was fashioned by Shoyanen Kenchu under the direction of High Queen Elysa Strathelar. The magic of the device can only be activated if placed on a mansion hook. The magic has yet to be perfected so the device may deliver the user to one of three locations: Ridge Citadel, Hills Citadel or Wilderness Citadel.

Portals you randomly to one of three locations:
- Hills Citadel - 56.6S 66.9E
- Ridge Citadel - 67.9S 62.6E
- Wilderness Citadel - 70.2S 24.2E
