Commendations Officer

Located in south wing of Faction Stronghold. Turn in Commendation Ribbons as you earn them for completing faction quests in order to advance in rank within your faction. Each rank has a limit to the number of ribbons that can be turned in per week. The timer starts ??.

• Initiate - Initial Rank
• Adept - 95
• Knight - 290
• Lord - ??
• Master - ??

Commendations Officer tells you, "You have not recently turned in any Commendation Ribbons."
Commendations Officer tells you, "An Initiate of our Society is allowed to turn in a total of 50 Commendation Ribbons per week."
Commendations Officer tells you, "To turn in Commendation Ribbons, simply have at least 5 Ribbons in your inventory, and hand me one. I only deal in transactions in lots of 5, so if you have less than that, you'll need to get more before you come back here."

You give Commendations Officer Celestial Hand Commendation Ribbon.
Commendations Officer tells you, "Very well, I will take four more of these, totaling five turned in."
You hand over 4 of your Celestial Hand Commendation Ribbons.
Commendations Officer tells you, "I'll update the books to note your service to our Society."

Commendations Officer tells you, "You have not yet hit the maximum number of Commendation Ribbons you are allowed to turn in this week."
The Commendations Officer looks in his records, and notes that you have presently turned in 40 ribbons in the last week.
Commendations Officer tells you, "An Initiate of our Society is allowed to turn in a total of 50 Commendation Ribbons per week."
