Notes
- Found randomly on the Marescent Plateau.
- It usually has a spawn of 2 Cultists near it.
- Spawns creatures when it is used by a player.
- Part of the Refulgent Bracelet Quest. The Dark Vapor it spawns summons a portal to the Caliginous Bethel dungeon upon death. The portal lasts 1 minute.
Spawns a set order of creatures (use again after killing each creature, not all creatures will appear every time):
- The cultists' altar has been defiled!
