Walk Through

  1. Head to the Radiant Blood Stronghold @ 12.8N, 0.7E in Zaikhal
  2. Talk to Rheda the Watcher and you will receive an Altered Dark Remoran Fin.
  3. Now head to Dark Isle and hand your fin to The Deep.
  4. You will be porataled to Fort Teth.
  5. Head back to the stronghold and talk to Rheda for your reward.

Rheda the Watcher tells you, "Well done...and sorry about the little trip. This should set back those who would support the Deep a little, cause a little confusion. We can't hope to damage the Deep permanently in such a fashion, but every little bit of chaos helps."
 Rheda the Watcher gives you 10 Radiant Blood Commendation Ribbons. Rheda the Watcher gives you 4 Radiant Blood Trade Tokens.
