Description

Also known as the Tall Trees, the Deru Trees of Marae Lassel are Deru Trees found in the northeastern corner of the Marescent Plateau. When in the area of the trees, one can often hear them speaking. The trees are named Skuld, Urd and Verdandi in their own language. what this language is in the universe of Asheron's Call has yet to be determined, however, the names Skuld, Urðr, and Verðandi are the names of a trio of Norns in Norse mythology.

In the Risks and Rewards event, these trees were assaulted by the Old One known as T'thuun. In Seeds of Corruption, the following event, the Aun tumeroks came up with a plan to defend the Deru trees from the Old One.
