Casts the following spells: Moderate Dagger Aptitude, Infected Caress Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Moderate Dagger Aptitude (Increases the target's Dagger skill by 10 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.) Infected Caress (Increases a weapon's damage value by 22 points.)
