• This Charm is needed as a part of a clue in the Assassin's Roost Quest. As part of the quest you will be asked to "Let an Aluvian collector see the charm of a drudge." There are several Aluvian Collectors, one can be found in Glenden Wood, Holtburg, or Rithwic. You'll only get this response from the Collector if you're doing the quest, otherwise you just get pyreals and xp as usual.
