- Handed out Pack Graels during the Shattering the Dark event as compensation for the authentication issues players were having.
- You could hand the pack Grael back to the emissary for a free level of advancement.
- The NPCs were left in game for an additional month:
- "In order to make sure that all those affected by the authentication issues last month have a chance to get the Pack Grael, Ulgrim's Emissaries have been left in the game for another month."

- Emissary of Ulgrim gives you Pack Grael.
