Goto the [[Penguin Cave Hatchery]] on the [[Isle of Ruin]]
Kill the [[Cave Penguin]]s inside until one of the them drops a [[Cave Penguin Egg]]. The drop rate is pretty high and usually you will get one in the first bunch you kill near the portal drop. There is a one day timer on picking up the egg.
Take the Cave Penguin Egg to [[Chef Martam]] in [[Silyun]]. He will either give you this potion, nothing, an L (5,000p) trade note, or a DCCL (75,000p) trade note.

 Chef Martam cracks the egg open into a glass and mixes in some herbs.
 Chef Martam tells you, "Perfect! I will call this Essence of Cave Penguin."
Chef Martam tells you, "Drink this. Let me know if you start seeing double."
Chef Martam gives you Essence of Cave Penguin.
 Chef Martam tells you, "Now go and bring me another Cave Penguin Egg!"
