A shirt celebrating the Festival Season. Armor Level: 50 Covers Abdomen, Upper Arms Casts the following spells: Major Alchemical Prowess, Major Cooking Prowess, Major Fletching Prowess Armor Level: 50 Slashing: Average (40) Piercing: Average (40) Bludgeoning: Average (50) Fire: Poor (10) Cold: Poor (10) Acid: Poor (5) Electric: Poor (10) Spellcraft: 200 Mana: 200 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

The shirt is a random reward for killing the Pumpkin Buffer.
There are also non-magical variants with a variety of humorous inscriptions, Festival Shirt (Black) and Festival Shirt (Orange).
