Two rows of Empyrean Pillars, each 12 pillars long, stretch across the river from 33.8S, 75.1E to 33.8S, 75.7E to reach the Festival stone, located at 33.8S, 76.2E. Some of the pillars are broken. The ones that are not have an eternal flame burning atop them.
