This is one of two black markets, the other being Northwatch Castle Black Market. This black market is only accessible to those in the in the society which currently controls Freebooter Keep. During the Emotions Unbound event, NPCs were added for the 2 new kill task quests (Bayani and Kagani), Legendary Keys (?) and luminance gems (Calhoun). The NPC for experience gems (?) was also updated.
