Virindi, representative of the Singularity.
Gerent is not so much a name, as well as a rank or title, "The Gerent".[1][2]
The Gerent was in communication with Nuhmudira about assisting the Singularity "in the re-acquisition of errant subservients." [3], which were the renegade Lugians and Tumeroks who, until a few months earlier, had firmly been under the Virindi's rule. [1]
He used to reside in Gerent's Compound, but he returned to the Singularity "to discuss further arrangement of our accord."[2] He was replaced by the Representative of the Singularity
