Notes
- Only appears in Thug raids in Baishi.
- Rewards players with Family Necklace to those he has seen fight off the thugs.
- You can hand the necklace back to the the Shopkeeper but you will receive no immediate reward for doing so. It is possible it flags you for something in the future.
