You must be a trained fletcher of great skill to use these potentially volatile arrows Damage: 25.2 - 36, Prismatic Used as ammunition by bows Your base fletching must be at least 350 to weild this item Your base Missile Weapons must be at least 350 to wield this item. This item cannot be sold.
