- Speak to the Gear Knight Royal Guard in Tou-Tou at 30.3S, 94.8E.

- During the The Quest for Freedom event the reward was changed from a 2 Legendary Tokens to 5 x Aged Legendary Keys and the Luminance reward was increased from 2,500 to 4,000.
