This hideous head once belonged to the Blight Lord of the Obsidian Plain. Present it to the altar in the Blight Lord's Lair to receive a reward. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded

Turn the head into the altar in the dungeon where you kill the Blight Lord. The reward is experience (up to 65 mill max) and a Mana Forge Key.
