Housing Kit

General Housing Kit Information

When purchasing housing in Asheron's Call, there are some minor restrictions of level as well as items needed for most housing, the following is a list of items necessary for each type of housing. These groups of items are commonly referred to as "kits", usually this is a pack or container that contains all the items necessary to purchase a certain type of housing so that when one becomes available the player need only have their "kit" on hand so they can be the first to purchase their new residence. This applies to all types of housing excluding apartments which require only 1 Writ of Refuge and 100,000 pyreals. There is also a 1 month timer for the purchase of all housing above apartments, which means once a player purchases any residence that is a cottage or greater, they must wait a minimum of 1 month before they can purchase another on that account.

Below is the list of items necessary to create each type of "kit".

Cottage Kit

Required to purchase: 1 Writ of Refuge, 300,000 pyreals & Character Level 20+.
Maintenance: 30,000 pyreals each month

Armoredillo Hide Coat - Made from Bronze Armoredillos, Shore Armoredillos, or Freshwater Armoredillos.
Bronze Armoredillo Spine - From Bronze Armoredillos.
Bunny Slipper (1) - Turn in a rabbit corpse to the NPC outside Lytelthorpe at 0.3N, 51.8E.
Copper Heart - Found on Copper Golems
Fine Armoredillo Hide Breastplate - Made from the hide from Spikey Armoredillos or Stone Armoredillos.
Golem Jo - Turn in a Wood Heart to a Trophy Smith.
Gromnie Hide Shirt - Made from Thick Gromnie Hide found on Ash Gromnies.
Iron Heart - Found on Iron Golems
Littoral Siraluun Claw - Found on Littoral Siraluuns which are found primarily on Marae Lassel, static spawn at 49N, 72W.
Mattekar Hide Sleeves - Made from White Mattekar Hides or Snowy Mattekar Hides.
Reedshark Hide Leggings - Turn in Reedshark Hides to a Leather Crafter.
Reedshark Hide Greaves - Small Reedshark Hide found on Reedshark Pups.
Sclavus Tongue - Found on any Sclavus.
Swamp Stone - Found on any Mosswart.
Shore Armoredillo Spine - Found on Shore Armoredillos, static spawn at 42N, 69E.
Timber Siraluun Claw - Found on Timber Siraluun.

Villa Kit

Required to purchase: 5 Writs of Refuge, 2,000,000 pyreals, Character Level 35+
Maintenance: 2 Writs of Refuge, 100,000 pyreals each month

Large Armoredillo Hide - Found on Bronze Armoredillos, Shore Armoredillos and Freshwater Armoredillos.
Peppermint Monouga Chew - Monougat found on any Monouga + Peppermint Stick found on Drudges, requires cooking.
White Virindi Jewel - Found on Virindi Masters.
Jungle Phyntos Wasp Wing - Found on Jungle Phyntos Wasps.
Crude Lockpick - Can be purchased from vendors in most stater towns.
Ash Gromnie Tooth - Found on Ash Gromnies.
Gold Phyntos Wasp Wing - Found on Gold Phyntos Wasps.
Ivory Dart - Turn in Ivory Gromnie Tooth to Ivory Crafter.
Carenzi Stalker Pelt - Found on Carenzi Stalkers, commonly found on Marae Lassel.
Armoredillo Hide Bracers - Found on Brown Armoredillos or Spiny Armoredillos.

Mansion Kit

Required to purchase: Rank 6+, Must be a Monarch, Character Level 50+.

Must have all of the following:

20 Writs of Refuge
10,000,000 pyreals
20 Golden Gromnies (non-Ulgrim)
15 Lucky Gold Letters - Found off of low level monsters, or from gambling
7 Idol Gems - Found off Idols or Dread Idols
2 Dread Mattekar Paws - Found on Dread Mattekars.
