Notes
- Only a small number of Insatiable Eaters near the end of the Insatiable Vault (near the exit portal). These spawn in specific locations and always drop it, the rest of the eaters in the dungeon can never drop it.
- Does not stack.
- Pick-up Timer: 13 days. The Pick-up Timer was lowered to 13 days during the Stirrings in the Dark event.
- This jaw can no longer be turned in for xp and is only used for quests. In Reforging the Past a second jaw was added that can be turned in for xp and is on a 6 day timer, the Upper Insatiable Eater Jaw.
- Give to the Huntsman of Silyun to be flagged for the Chasing Oswald quest.
- Give to Fiun Rehlyun at the Fiun Outpost to be flagged for the Augmentation Realms dungeons to fight Sir Bellas as part of the Augmentation Gems quest.
