Notes
- Route: Short run from Wai Jhou, the Jailer is inside the bunker.
- Just north of the Jailer is a hidden wall, behind it is a hidden portal (does not show up on radar) to Jester's Prison, double click the portal to enter. The Jester's Prison Door inside is Resistance 9999 to lockpick.
