General
Down inside the bunker at 64.9S 44.1W is the NPC the Jailer. Just north of the Jailer is a hidden wall, behind it is a hidden portal (does not show up on radar) to Jester's Prison, double click the portal to enter. The Jester's Prison Door inside is Resistance 9999 to lockpick. To gain access you will need to give Laylana's Pleading Letter to Lord Cynreft Mhoire and obtain the Jester Prison Key. The key is usable for 24 hours (as many times as needed).
