Notes
- Give Pleading Letter to Lord Cynreft Mhoire (part of Lord Mhoire quest).
- This key will remain in your inventory for 24 hours to give repeated access to the Jester's Prison.
- After flagging for the quest once, Mhoire will give you a new Jester key everytime you talk to him and using this key (as opposed to the key from the Jailer, will set you on the original quest path instead of the Jailer version).
