Linvak Tukal is a mighty Lugian super-fortress whose construction was only made possible by Lugian strength & technology, found SE of Qalabar.
To get to the fortress one can go through a labyrinth dungeon Linvak Tukal Entryway and fight their way through high-level lugians.
A direct entry portal is at 75.7S 28.2E.
Alternatively, you can take the portal in Yaraq at 21.8S 1.0W. You can buy Linvak Tukal Portal Gems in the town itself at Kifandal the Imbuer.
