There are four true Mastermages (Master Archmage title) as well as various other shopkeepers that sell high end magic components. Many sell these items cheaply (the cheapest are the Black Market Archmages at 105% and if you are PK [[Bael'Zharon (NPC)]] at 100%). See the table below for the range of items each mage sells.
