The great explorer Alatar Locke was probably the first to find the Halls of Lost Light, the legendary dungeon wherein a powerful sword is said to be found. Here, the darkness seems to press unnaturally close, and the fiery globe upon the altar, according to scholars, may represent the last attempt by the halls' defenders to summon an abiding, all-pervading light. The path to the dungeon is not an easy one, and many of those who've approached this chamber have been thwarted by its locked doors. Legend has it that all the keys to enter this forsaken place have been scattered but that extremely valiant adventurers might yet hope to recover them. Certainly the fabled prize, by all accounts, would seem to be worth the attempt.

The Lost Light
